The 2025 NFL regular season comes to a close in Week 18, and the Tennessee Titans will end it on the road when they face the Jacksonville Jaguars at EverBank Stadium in Jacksonville, Florida.

To start the week, the Titans open as 11.5-point underdogs at Jacksonville. The over/under on the match is 47.5 points, with the Titans’ moneyline at +450, and the Jaguars’ moneyline is -625, per BetMGM.

The Titans and Jaguars have met a total of 62 times since Jacksonville entered the league, and the Titans own the series record 35-27. However, the Jags have won four of the last five meetings and six of the last 10, including a 25-3 beating in Week 13 this season.

The Jaguars will head to the playoffs for the first time since 2022, but don’t think that means they’ll rest anyone. They still need to win to clinch the AFC South, and they even have a shot at the No. 1 seed in the AFC, although that would require losses by the New England Patriots and Denver Broncos.

The Titans are playing for pride. After leading the New Orleans Saints for much of the game in Week 17 before gassing out in the fourth quarter, they’ll want redemption.

Jacksonville is 11-5 against the spread, and the Titans are 7-8-1. Tennessee is 10-6 on the over/under, and the Jaguars are 9-7.
