A Jacksonville Jaguars’ seventh-round draft pick made ESPN’s 2025 NFL All-Rookie team.

A surprise Jacksonville Jaguars’ rookie has made ESPN’s 2025 All-Rookie team.

Ben Solak went position-by-position and selected the best rookie from the 2025 season. At center, Solak selected Jacksonville’s Jonah Monheim.

A seventh-round draft pick by the Jaguars out of USC, Monheim has made just two starts, filling in for Robert Hainsey, and has appeared in 10 games.

Most of Monheim’s snaps have come at center, but he’s stepped in briefly at right guard as well.

In total, Monheim has played 202 snaps, and he’s allowed just one sack and eight quarterback pressures. According to ESPN, Monheim has a pass-block win rate of 95.1% and a run-block win rate of 77.8%.

“Haven’t heard of Monheim? I don’t blame you,” wrote Solak. “The seventh-round pick has played 187 snaps at center this season, which is … 162 more than second place. For those 187 snaps, he is our first-team center.”

Monheim’s play earned him this spot on Solak’s list, but as he mentions, there wasn’t much competition either. Solak’s second-team pick at center, Drew Kendall, played 25 snaps at center this season.

Contributing to the Jaguars’ offensive turnaround has been improved play from the offensive line, and that includes the depth of this unit, which has been tested this season.
