The Kansas City Chiefs have released their first injury report of the week ahead of Week 18’s regular-season finale against the Las Vegas Raiders at Allegiant Stadium.

The Chiefs are already without 7-8 players considered starters, after placing several key players on injured reserve over the past two weeks. Now, they’re down two more starting players on offense, leaving that unit about as depleted as it could be with one game left to go in the 2025 NFL season. The Raiders aren’t much better off with QB Geno Smith dealing with a high ankle sprain and stars like TE Brock Bowers and DE Maxx Crosby on injured reserve.

Here’s a quick breakdown of the initial injury report of the week for both squads.

Observations

Chiefs WR Xavier Worthy has been playing through shoulder and ankle injuries all year, but it seems like a seasonal illness has him out of practice for the time being. His status for the Week 18 game is unclear at this time.

Chiefs RB Kareem Hunt was added to the injury report with an illness. That’s one that Andy Reid didn’t mention at the podium on Wednesday.

Jaylon Moore remains limited with his knee injury. Chiefs HC Andy Reid said he’d see how things went during the practice week.
