NFL legend Tom Brady shared a personal update on New Year’s Eve, offering a look into his life after football.

Brady posted an Instagram carousel featuring moments with his children, parents, close friends, and key milestones from his life. The images reflected both family time and professional growth, showing a balanced chapter of his post-NFL journey.

The post also included photos from the opening of CardVault, a premier destination for collectors focused on buying, selling, trading, and grading sports cards. Another image came from the Fox studio, where Brady now works as a lead NFL analyst. After his 23-year playing career, Brady signed a 10-year, $375 million deal with Fox Sports, a contract first agreed to in 2022.

In his caption, Brady spoke about reflection, growth, and choosing challenges.

“Happy new year to you all… For me, The end of the year always helps to put things into perspective,” Brady wrote. “Growth doesn’t really happen unless you’re willing to challenge yourself physically, mentally, and emotionally. That’s something I try to live by and keep coming back to as I learn more with each passing year.”

Brady highlighted gratitude for family, meaningful work, and simple moments that matter most.

“I’m so grateful for my loving and supportive family, and for meaningful career with people I care deeply about, and for all the time spent showing up for both,” Brady wrote. “And throw in a lot of laughs, long energetic walks, and way too much fun with the dogs. And for family moments big and small that actually matter more than anything else.”

Brady is a devoted father of three and is currently single following his 2022 divorce from Gisele Bündchen. He shares son Benjamin and daughter Vivian with Bundchen and has an elder son, Jack, from a previous relationship with Bridget Moynahan. The families continue to co-parent successfully.

Further, Brady shared his suggestion to live life and grow.

“For me it’s never about chasing perfection… Just a lot of memories, a lot of lessons, and a reminder to keep reflecting, keep improving, and keep choosing the harder, better path forward! Because true growth only happens outside your comfort zone…,” Brady wrote.

“And when you surround yourself with people that inspire you to dig deeper and reach farther than you thought, you’ll be amazed at how far you can go… I wish everyone a healthy, happy blessed new year, and may 2026 be your best year yet❤️❤️❤️”

Earlier in December, Brady celebrated Benjamin’s 16th birthday with a heartfelt message, mixing humor and pride.

Since retiring in February 2023, Brady has remained busy in broadcasting, business, and ownership roles. Despite his schedule, he continues to prioritize being present for his children as he builds a life beyond football.
