John Harbaugh and Mike Tomlin are the two longest-tenured and most under-appreciated head coaches in the NFL. Many Ravens and Steelers fans are pushing for a fresh start with new coaches but will be hard-pressed to find better ones (“Is Ravens’ John Harbaugh coaching for job against Steelers’ Mike Tomlin?” Dec. 30). The simple solution is a coaching trade. Harbaugh would move to Pittsburgh, and Tomlin would come to Baltimore. Each team would get a fresh start with the best available head coach.
