NFL Overreactions Week 17

USAT’s Prince Grimes breaks down the best games of NFL Week 17 and the unfolding playoff picture.

Sports Seriously

The Kansas City Chiefs will face their longtime conference rivals, the Las Vegas Raiders, for their final game of the 2025 season.

The last time these two played each other was back in October, with the Chiefs utterly demolishing the Raiders in a 31-0 blowout win. Unfortunately, Kansas City’s season has only gone downhill since, ultimately culminating in a losing record and elimination from postseason contention.

If that wasn’t enough, the Chiefs also lost superstar quarterback Patrick Mahomes to a season-ending knee injury in December, with the team now relying on third-string quarterback Chris Oladokun to lead the offense. It’s also heavily rumored that this may be veteran tight end Travis Kelce’s last season in the league.

With a disappointing season coming to an end, let’s see if Kansas City can finish off strong — Chiefs Kingdom, you won’t want to miss this. Here’s everything you need to know about the Chiefs’ Week 18 game:
