The NFL season began 122 days ago in Philadelphia when the defending Super Bowl champion Eagles defeated the Dallas Cowboys. It will end on “Sunday Night Football” when the Pittsburgh Steelers host the Baltimore Ravens with a playoff spot on the line.

It’s win-and-in for both teams, but could it be lose-and-retire for Aaron Rodgers?

That is the big question hanging over the 42-year-old quarterback’s head going into the final regular-season game. Of course, the contest also involves one of the league’s biggest rivalries – a sign that there is no shortage of storylines in Pittsburgh for Week 18.

Neither team had the 2025 season it envisioned, but the playoffs are still within reach and it’ll take at least 60 minutes to determine a winner.

As Carrie Underwood would sing, football fans will be “waiting all day for Sunday night.”

The Week 17 game between the Pittsburgh Steelers and Baltimore Ravens game will be broadcast by NBC on Sunday. Mike Tirico (play-by-play), Cris Collinsworth (game analyst) and Melissa Stark (sideline reporter) will be on the call for the “Sunday Night Football” contest.
