Brendan O’Sullivan provides his top player prop bets for Sunday’s Cincinnati Bengals vs. Cleveland Browns matchup.
The Bengals kicked off Week 1 with a 17-16 victory over the Browns. These two teams meet again to end the 2025 season as both failed to reach the postseason.
Cincinnati is a 7.5-point favorite and -380 on the moneyline, while Cleveland is +300 on DraftKings Sportsbook. The game total is set at 44.5 points.

Here are my favorite player props for this Week 18 NFL game between the Bengals and Browns.
Bengals vs. Browns Best Prop Bets
Joe Burrow under 241.5 passing yards (-113)
The Bengals’ season is essentially over. They’re already eliminated from postseason contention, and the outcome of this game doesn’t affect any other teams’ playoff chances or seeding. Still, Burrow is expected to start.
Cincinnati defeated Cleveland 17-16 in Week 1 with Burrow completing 14-of-23 passes for 113 yards. His underwhelming performance was due to a stifling Browns’ defense. Myles Garrett leads this unit with 22 sacks, 0.5 shy of tying the official all-time single-season record.
Garrett’s presence forces quarterbacks to get the ball out quick, or else they’re risking a sack from one of the best pass rushers in football. Denzel Ward, a cornerback, is another great player in Cleveland’s defense.
Although a lot has changed since Week 1, the Browns still have a terrific defense. They held the Steelers to six points last week. That was the second time they held a team to single-digit scoring this season. It’s also the fifth time they’ve kept a team below 20 points this year.
Another factor is whether Burrow even plays the entire game. Week 18 is full of surprises, and since the Bengals aren’t playing for anything, there’s a chance they bench some of their starters.
Chase Brown anytime touchdown (-130)
Despite the Bengals’ season being effectively over, Chase Brown has turned it up a notch. He’s recorded five total touchdowns over the past two weeks, leading the Bengals to two victories.
The Browns’ pass defense is one of the best units in the league, which means means Burrow may be utilizing the short game more often. Getting the ball out quick to Brown would keep Garrett from recording a sack.
Brown is also a threat on the ground, which is a weaker area of Cleveland’s defense. It’s still a strong unit, but with how Brown is playing recently, the Bengals may lean on him in this one.
