Colts’ WR Alec Pierce was ejected in the team’s Week 18 game against the Texans.

Indianapolis Colts’ wide receiver Alec Pierce was ejected in Sunday’s Week 18 game against the Houston Texans.

Pierce was ejected for making contact with an official. But you be the judge.

Pierce was again putting together another big performance. He had four receptions for 132 yards with two touchdowns in this game.

While known for his big play ability, Pierce’s role within the offense has expanded this season as he’s been asked to attack other levels of the field more often and do so in a variety of ways.

On the season, Pierce logged 47 catches for 1,003 yards with six touchdowns. He averaged a whopping 21.3 yards per catch.

Pierce will be a free agent this offseason.
