YEAH, ANDREW MICHAEL FANS ARE STILL TALKING ABOUT THAT EPIC ENDING TO LAST NIGHT’S GAME AND THE ROLLER COASTER OF EMOTIONS THEY FELT WHILE WATCHING IT. NOW, I SPOKE TO A FAN FROM NORTH CAROLINA WHO NOT ONLY GOT TO EXPERIENCE HIS VERY FIRST GAME INSIDE ACRISURE STADIUM, BUT ALSO HIS VERY FIRST VICTORY MONDAY HERE IN PITTSBURGH. I AM A HUGE STEELERS FAN. LIKE, I HAVE STEELERS STUFF ALL OVER MY APARTMENT DOWN IN RALEIGH. I’VE BEEN A FAN SINCE, LIKE I WAS LIKE FOUR MAYBE. RALEIGH, NORTH CAROLINA RESIDENT BRANDON MORRIS HAS ALWAYS SUPPORTED THE BLACK AND GOLD FROM AFAR. I WATCH EVERY STEELERS GAME, EVEN IF I’M AT WORK. I WORK AT A SPORTS BAR WHERE I’M AT. SO LIKE, I ALWAYS HAVE THE GAME ON THE TV UNTIL SUNDAY NIGHT WHEN HE ATTENDED HIS FIRST EVER STEELERS GAME IN PITTSBURGH. IT WAS ACTUALLY A SURPRISE THAT MY GIRLFRIEND GAVE ME FOR OUR ANNIVERSARY. LITTLE DID HE KNOW, THE SURPRISES WOULDN’T STOP THERE. TIME. IT WAS A MOMENT OF SHEER DISBELIEF BECAUSE I WAS LIKE, AS SOON AS BOSWELL MISSED, I WAS LIKE, OH MAN, THIS IS NOT A GOOD SIGN AT ALL. THE SAME THOUGHT RACED THROUGH THE MINDS OF ALL STEELERS FANS WHEN THEY REALIZED THERE WAS A GOOD POSSIBILITY THE TEAM WOULD LOSE BY ONE POINT. BUT WITH JUST SECONDS TO GO, I WAS BLOWING THE WHOLE TIME. YOU JUST GO A LITTLE BIT TO THE RIGHT, JUST A LITTLE BIT. AND WE WERE AT THAT’S THE WAY IT WENT, THE WAY I WAS BLOWING. I WAS LIKE, OKAY, IT WAS MEANT TO BE. IT WAS ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. THE RAVENS MISSED THE FIELD GOAL AND THE STEELERS BECAME THE AFC NORTH CHAMPS. NOW THE FOCUS SHIFTS TO MONDAY NIGHT. I THINK IF WE KEEP PLAYING, YOU KNOW, THE SAME WAY THAT WE DID, WE HAVE A REALLY GOOD SHOT AT WINNING IT NEXT WEEK AND THEY HAVE ALL THEIR FANS BEHIND THEM. YOU HEAR THE STORIES ABOUT RENEGADE AND WHEN PEOPLE GET THE TOWELS GOING AND THE ENERGY IN THE STADIUM, YOU’RE ALWAYS LIKE, MAN, THAT LOOKS SO COOL. AND THEN YOU GET IN THERE AND YOU’RE A PART OF IT AND IT’S LIKE, WOW, IT’S IT’S AMAZING. ESPECIALLY BEING SUCH A BIG STEELERS FAN, IT’S LIKE IT FELT LIKE I WAS HOME. IT WAS IT WAS AMAZING.
