The first wave of the offseason is in the rearview, as free agency and the NFL draft have concluded. While things will slow down a bit, there are still some notable events over the next month leading up to the start of training camp in July.

Here’s a look at Los Angeles’ upcoming 2025 offseason schedule:

OTA workouts: May 27-28, May 30, June 3-5, June 16-18

The Chargers will come together, both veterans and rookies, for 10 days of organized team activities. No live contact is permitted, but 7-on-7, 9-on-7, and 11-on-11 drills are permitted. Los Angeles has a set of OTAs scheduled for rookies the following week after mandatory minicamp.

Mandatory minicamp: June 10-12

This is the final phase of the offseason workout program, where players must attend practices, and skipping them can result in fines.

Training camp: Late July-August

After nearly a month off, the Chargers will come back together for the start of training camp. This is where positional battles and players fighting for a spot on the 53-man roster will ensue. Dates will be announced soon.
