The NFL released its full 2025 preseason schedule on Monday, including dates and times for all three of the New Orleans Saints‘ exhibition contests. Two of the games will be played at the Caesars Superdome while the third will be a now-typical West Coast trip to open up the summer. All three preseason games will be broadcast locally on FOX 8/Gray TV affiliate stations in the Gulf South.
When: 3:05 p.m. CT on Sunday, August 10
The first chance for Saints fans to see new coach Kellen Moore and a mostly-new coaching staff along with QB Tyler Shough and the rest of the 2025 draft class. New Orleans faced the Chargers in Los Angeles during Week 8 last season. With then-rookie quarterback Spencer Rattler making the third start of his career, the Chargers took a 26-8 victory.Â
When: Noon CT on Sunday, August 17
This will be the first chance for Saints fans to see Moore, Shough, and the other new faces at home in the Superdome. It’s also likely to be the most game action that projected starters will see during the preseason. New Orleans last hosted Jacksonville during the 2023 campaign. The Jaguars held a 24-9 lead going into the fourth quarter and held on for a 31-24 win.
When: Noon CT on Saturday, August 23
New Orleans wraps up their 2025 preseason against some familiar faces. Former Saints coach Sean Payton, along with most of his coaching staff and several former players make their return to the Caesars Superdome. Payton and his Denver Broncos last made a trip to New Orleans in Week 7 last season. Denver dominated on their way to a 33-10 win in front of a prime-time audience.
