NFL Wild Card Weekend’s Sunday action opens with the Buffalo Bills heading to the Jacksonville Jaguars for a matchup that will eliminate one of the AFC’s scariest postseason draws.

While there are a number of viable scenarios for this one to play out, this week’s recommended bets favor a fairly high-scoring, back-and-forth battle that won’t be light on star power.

Bills QB Josh Allen Anytime TD (-125)

With 14 touchdowns on the turf in 16 appearances, Allen has a high floor for this prop. The Jags have granted quarterbacks five rushing scores on only 61 attempts faced in 2025, which is only three ground scores fewer than Jacksonville allowed to all running backs faced on the year. Allen is a scoring threat any time the Bills are in the red zone, and the payout here is respectable for the limited risk being assumed.

Jaguars QB Trevor Lawrence 2+ Passing TDs (-108)

While the Bills are much weaker at stopping the run than limiting quarterbacks, that dynamic still can help the Jacksonville passing game. The threat of Travis Etienne on the ground is a factor Buffalo has to address on every applicable snap. In 2025, Lawrence has chucked multiple touchdowns in eight games, but 75% of those performances came in the last seven outings. There’s added upside here if Buffalo forces a negative game script, and it shouldn’t surprise anyone if the boys from Duval County stick it to the Bills early and often, either.

Jaguars RB Travis Etienne 90+ Total Yards (+106)

There aren’t too many reasonable paths to victory for the Jaguars that do not include a hearty dosage of Etienne. Buffalo’s defense has been a liability against running backs all year, allowing six different 90-plus-yard efforts, including five on the ground. That number really should be considerably higher if not for facing several underwhelming running games, even committees, and/or backfields in a bind. Etienne’s versatility will come in handy for both the Jags and padding your wallet.
