Former Baltimore Ravens head coach John Harbaugh has quickly risen to the top of many teams’ wish lists for their open positions. And for good reason: The accomplished head coach would instantly add credibility to the franchise, and his track record of success would breathe new energy into the organization.Â
At this point in the coaching cycle, Harbaugh hasn’t taken any interviews and likely won’t complete any until next week, but there have been some signs of potential interest in connecting with the Tennessee Titans.Â
First, NFL Insider Diana Russini dropped a nugget on social media that Harbaugh was taking time this weekend to study quarterback Cam Newton, and now Insider Albert Breer has followed up, saying Tennessee is a realistic landing spot for Harbaugh.Â
Breer reports that seven teams have reached out to the veteran head coach for potential interviews, but he sees the Titans, New York Giants, Miami Dolphins, and Atlanta Falcons as potential landing spots.Â
While the Titans may have the weakest roster of that group, their young quarterback, the fourth overall selection in the 2026 NFL Draft, and the most salary cap space available heading into the offseason make the opening attractive.Â
