Baltimore is going through changes; John Harbaugh and company are out. We don’t know who the next coach will be (we see many rumors), but I’d love to add Mike McDaniel to the list, as I think he’d be doing amazing things with this team. Either way you look at it, there is a really solid core of players on the offense AND defense, and this will be the premier opening this coaching cycle.

Note: Teams inevitably trade draft picks during the draft; I will not be. I’m standing pat and selecting based on how the roster will look today, so no free agency either.

2026 Baltimore Ravens: Overview

Thanks to our friends at Spotrac, here’s the top 14 contracts on the books today for next season. They are about in the middle of the road, in terms of contracts on the books, but they have plenty of things they can do to develop and churn this roster if they need to. You’ll see quite a few of these contracts are to players 28 years and older, so this roster will start looking quite different in the next couple of seasons.

Baltimore Ravens 2026 7 Round NFL Mock Draft
Pick #14 – Peter Woods, DL, Clemson

I think the defensive line is the biggest need, especially a big, physical, gap-filling defensive tackle. Woods could be your day one starter, as a 3-4 nose or in a 4-man front as a run-stuffing tackle. Now, with how this team is built, I’d think the next coach stays with more of a 3-4 base, but time will tell!

Pick #45 – Chris Bell, WR, Louisville

Bell is around 6’2” and FAST (probably in the 4.4 range, I’d predict), but Zay Flowers is their best wideout, and after that, there’s a cast of solid pieces, but Bell can step in and take over the outside sooner rather than later.

Pick #80 – Carter Smith, OT, Indiana

Smith has been a cornerstone for that Indiana offensive line, and though he may be more of a true right tackle at the next level, he has the maturity and football IQ to be depth on either side from day 1, and a potential starter for Ronnie Stanley down the road.

Pick #115 – Jalon Kilgore, SAF, South Carolina

You’ll see I took two safeties, but I see Kilgore as more of a DB, a player that is excellent in run support roles where you could use him as a nickel or safety, and Sabb is more of a pure safety. Both are depth pieces where I see Kilgore being able to give you meaningful reps in year one.

Pick #152 – Lander Barton, LB, Utah

A massive, physical, sideline-to-sideline linebacker that, if you stay in a 3-4 scheme, he could be your edge rusher that really should be drafted in the top 100 players in this class.

Pick #160 – Adam Randall, RB, Clemson

Derrick Henry is amazing, but also getting older and may not be around for much longer. Randall isn’t Henry 2.0, but he is big and physical, and could do well learning behind the king!

Pick #172 – Tyreak Sapp, EDGE, Florida

A larger, developmental edge with good bend and burst, Sapp could be a nice rotational piece early in his career with a chance to grow into a bigger role later.

Pick #173 – Keon Sabb, SAF, Alabama

A true safety, Sabb is a depth piece with good IQ that could develop into a larger role in time.

Pick #249 – DJ Campbell, IOL, Texas

A developmental guard that is a massive mauler in the run game, he’s another guy that I could see take on a larger role in a few seasons.

Pick #252 – Sawyer Roberston, QB, Baylor

I could see them looking to add a younger depth QB, either later in the draft or as a UDFA. Robertson has a big arm and surprising mobility for a 6’4” QB.
