The Arizona Cardinals continue looking for a new head coach to replace Jonathan Gannon, whom they fired last week after three season, following a 3-14 2025 and 15-36 record in three years. So far, 10 candidates have emerged.

If there is a notable trend so far, it is that the Cardinals are leaning into the NFC West. Of the 10 candidates, eight have worked in the division previously or are currently in the division.

Only Miami Dolphins defensive coordinator Anthony Weaver and Kansas City Chiefs offensive coordinator Matt Nagy have no previous experience in the NFC West.
