Buffalo Bills wide receiver Gabe Davis suffered an ACL tear in the team’s 27-24 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday, head coach Sean McDermott announced.
Davis will be out indefinitely. The 26-year-old rejoined the Bills this year after a brief stint with the Jaguars last season. He spent the first four years of his career in Buffalo.
McDermott says tight end Dalton Kincaid, who has been battling through various injuries this year, should be good to go against the Denver Broncos this Saturday in an AFC Divisional Round matchup.
The 21-day practice window was also opened for standout defensive tackle Ed Oliver and receiver Curtis Samuel. Oliver suffered a torn biceps in October. Before the injury, he had a sack in each of the three games he played in this year. Meanwhile, Samuel has only played in a total of 18 games with the Bills over the last two years due to multiple injuries.
