Udinski was a defensive end at Towson (2016-18) then began his coaching career as a graduate assistant at Baylor.
Since then, he’s worked for Carolina, Minnesota and Jacksonville.
The Jags, who were eliminated from the playoffs Sunday, ranked 11th in yards this season and 6th in points.
QB Trevor Lawrence had his best season as a pro with 29 TD passes.
