The Arizona Cardinals have reportedly either interviewed or requested to interview 10 different candidates to replace Jonathan Gannon as their head coach. One coach, the one with the most impressive career, has not been connected to the Cardinals until now.
Apparently, the Cardinals have been in contact with former Baltimore Ravens head coach John Harbaugh.
According to SI.com’s Albert Breer, Harbaugh has had preliminary calls with several teams, including the Cardinals.
He is rumored to have big demands in terms of salary for himself, for staff, and he is believed to want personnel control. He interviewed with the Atlanta Falcons, but there has been no talk of a formal interview with the Cardinals.
He was the Ravens’ head coach from 2008-2025, going 180-113 in the regular season and 13-11 in the postseason with a Super Bowl win. He is the most decorated coaching candidate available.
