The Miami Dolphins are going into the offseason with a clean slate after hiring their new general manager, Jon-Eric Sullivan. Last week at this time, Mike McDaniel looked like he would be back as the Dolphins head coach but Stephen Ross decided he needed a fresh start with a new GM and head coach. With Sullivan in place, the Dolphins are now looking for their new coach and Ross should be looking for a candidate that can change the culture in Miami. McDaniel was a great offensive schemer, but the culture in the locker room needed some work.
