(Pittsburg, PA) A Minnesota Vikings legend is hanging up his cleats. Adam Thielen announced his retirement yesterday. The 35-year-old split time between the Vikings and Steelers this season and finished with just 19 catches in 16 games. The Minnesota-native spent most of his career with his hometown team, where he earned back-to-back Pro Bowl selections in 2017-and-18. He finished his career with almost 8,500 receiving yards to go with 66 total touchdowns.
