Covington police released a report and video showing a black Jeep, in which Taylor-Britt was reportedly a passenger, colliding with a parked red car on Scott Street, causing both vehicles to flip, with the Jeep landing on its top.According to police body camera footage, those involved in the crash initially left the scene.A man who identified himself as Taylor-Britt’s brother returned to the scene. Covington police were met with conflicting stories. That man, named Jafabian, first said a woman was driving the Jeep and Taylor-Britt was home. After police tracked down Taylor-Britt outside his home, he told police he was a passenger and Jafabian was the driver. He said Jafabian got distracted and lost control.This crash occurred just before 3:30 a.m. on Nov. 15, the day before Taylor-Britt’s injury. Last week, Taylor-Britt was sentenced to five days in the Hamilton County Justice Center for reckless driving. Cincinnati police said that last June, he ran four red lights downtown and drove sideways down the street, squealing tires. In September, he allegedly did burnouts and drove on the wrong side of the road on Joe Nuxhall Way after the Bengals’ home opener, both times driving without a license.
