Of interest to the Indianapolis Colts, the East-West Shrine Bowl will feature a lot of talent along the defensive line.

This year’s game will include a lot of talent along the defensive front.

“Mirroring the 2026 NFL Draft as a whole, the Shrine Bowl features a wealth of talent on the defensive line — both inside and out,” Shrine Bowl director of football operations and player personnel Eric Galko said, via NFL.com.

A few of the prospects participating in this game are Albert Regis and Tyler Onyedim of Texas A&M, along with Florida State’s Darrell Jackson Jr. and Clemson’s DeMonte Capehart.

The defensive line has to be a major priority for the Colts this offseason. As GM Chris Ballard said during his end-of-season press conference, the Colts need “more fuel” up front. Ballard also added that across the entire defense, Indianapolis has to get younger and faster.

Specifically at the defensive end position, the Colts did not generate enough steady pressure this season. Building out the depth at defensive tackle should be on the to-do list as well for Ballard.

In addition to that, Samson Ebukam, Tyquan Lewis, and Kwity Paye are all free agents, as is defensive tackle Neville Gallimore.
