Who are they?

49ers OL Austen Pleasants

Pleasants was on the Cardinals’ roster in the 2024 offseason and on their practice squad that year. He played in 15 games for the Niners this season, starting once.

49ers LB Kyzir White

White was signed to the San Francisco practice squad last week. He spent two seasons with the Cardinals as their starting “Mike” linebacker in 2023-2024.

Seahawks OL Josh Jones

Jones was a third-round pick of the Cardinals in 2020. He played three seasons for them. He signed with the Seahawks this past offseason and, when left tackle Charles Cross was out with an injury, started three games.
