For the first time in 18 years, the Baltimore Ravens are searching for a new head coach.
John Harbaugh was fired after nearly two decades, with 193 total wins, tying Chuck Knox for the 12th-most by an HC in NFL history. Weaver played seven seasons in the NFL as a defensive end for the Ravens (2002-2005) and Houston Texans (2006-2008) after being a second-round pick out of Notre Dame.

Tom Pelissero reports that the Ravens requested an interview with Seahawks OC Klint Kubiak for their head coaching job, with Kubiak running the Sam Darnold-led offense and overseeing the superstar breakout of Jaxon Smith-Njigba. Kubiak is another coach who employs heavy doses of pre-snap motion and shift, wide-zone blocking, 12-personnel, and a mix of shotgun snaps and plays under center.
The team has requested interviews with Klint Kubiak and Anthony Weaver, and will interview Broncos defensive coordinator Vance Joseph this morning and Broncos quarterback coach Davis Webb this afternoon for their head coach vacancy.
