The Baltimore Ravens are searching for a new head coach, and the organization has already cast a wide net for the next leader of this gold standard franchise. John Harbaugh was fired after nearly two decades, with 193 total wins, tying Chuck Knox for the 12th-most by an HC in NFL history. Harbaugh led Baltimore to 12 playoff berths in the past 18 seasons and to six postseason appearances in the last eight years, but he’ll now lead the New York Giants into the future.

The Ravens have interviewed 13 candidates for the head coaching job and are set to interview two more before owner Steve Bisciotti trims that list down to several finalists.

After the 49ers’ loss to the Seahawks and the Bills‘ loss to the Broncos, Robert Saleh and Joe Brady will interview for the Ravens’ head coaching job this week.

One of the biggest names in the carousel, Saleh now has head coaching interview requests from Atlanta, Arizona, Tennessee, and Baltimore. Even in a down year with his defense decimated by injury, Saleh is regarded as one of the NFL’s best assistant coaches. His 2019 San Francisco defense helped him land his first head coaching job with the Jets.

Brady is used to coaching high-profile quarterbacks, such as Joe Burrow and Josh Allen. This year, Buffalo’s offense is third in offensive EPA (94.6), fifth in scoring (27.3 points per game), and fourth in yards per play (6.1). In his three seasons as the Bills’ full-time offensive coordinator, the unit has never ranked outside the top 10 in total offense (including No. 4 in both 2023 and 2025) and has been No. 6 or better in scoring.
