Jacksonville Jaguars’ offensive coordinator Grant Udinski is reportedly getting a second head coaching interview with the Cleveland Browns, according to the NFL Network.

If Udinski were to land this job, at 30 years old he would become the youngest head coach in NFL history, per Adam Schefter.

This interview will take place in-person. ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler noted that along with Udinski, Jim Schwartz, Todd Monken, and Mike McDaniel will have in-person interviews as well.

This past year was Udinski’s first with the Jaguars. He played a key role in Trevor Lawrence’s growth and in the success the Jacksonville offense had over the second half of the season, averaging almost 33 points per game during their eight-game winning streak.

Before joining the Jaguars, Udinski spent a few years in the Minnesota Vikings‘ organization, and in his final season with the team, he was the assistant offensive coordinator and the assistant quarterbacks coach, working closely with head coach Kevin O’Connell.

Udinski could also be a candidate for a play-calling offensive coordinator job among some of the teams with head coaching openings. Liam Coen calls the plays for the Jaguars.
