After making The Associated Press NFL All-Pro team for the 2025 season, Will Anderson Jr. of the Houston Texans has been recognized for his performance by the Pro Football Writers of America.

Anderson and the Cleveland Browns’ Myles Garrett are the defensive ends on the PFWA’s All-NFL team for the 2025 campaign.

Anderson had 54 tackles, 12 sacks, 20 tackles for loss, 23 quarterback hits, three forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries, including one for a touchdown, during the regular season. In two playoff games, Anderson had 3.5 sacks and three forced fumbles.

The former Alabama All-American’s season ended in Houston’s 28-16 loss to the New England Patriots on Sunday in a Divisional Weekend game.

Anderson was joined on the PFWA’s All-AFC team by Texans wide receiver Nico Collins (Clay-Chalkville) and Denver Broncos cornerback Patrick Surtain III (Alabama). Surtain is on the PFWA All-AFC team for the fourth season in a row.

The PFWA All-NFC team included Dallas Cowboys defensive tackle Quinnen Williams (Alabama).

The Associated Press picked Will Reichard (Hoover, Aalbama) of the Minnesota Vikings for the kicker spot on its All-Pro team, but the PFWA selected the Dallas Cowboys’ Brandon Aubrey as its all-star kicker.
