Baltimore has interviewed 15 candidates before Monday, but another popular name has just entered the search. Add another name to the list of candidates interviewing with the Baltimore Ravens. ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports that Jacksonville Jaguars defensive coordinator Anthony Campanile will interview for the head coaching position today.

The more candidates, the more information you can get from them and see what they could or could not do to improve the team to bring them Super Bowl Championships.

With the interview process continuing, the Ravens appear intent on casting a wide net as they evaluate the direction of the franchise. Each conversation offers a different perspective on leadership, culture, and team-building, all of which will factor into a decision that could shape the organization for years to come. While no timeline has been publicly set, the growing list of candidates suggests Baltimore is committed to finding the right fit rather than rushing to a conclusion.
