Saleh spent the 2025 season as the defensive coordinator for the San Francisco 49ers.
Before that, he spent part of the 2024 season as an offensive consultant for the Green Bay Packers after being fired as the New York Jets head coach. He led the Jets from 2021-2024, and was fired mid-way through the 2024 season.
Saleh finished with a record of 20-36 in New York.
He boasts 21 total seasons coaching in the NFL.
Saleh will be tasked with turning around a Titans team that finished last season 3-14 and has not posted a winning record since 2021.
