Lost in the excitement and emotion of the Tennessee Titans‘ hiring of Robert Saleh, one of their former position coaches, has found another NFL job to add to his resume.Â
The Atlanta Falcons have announced they have hired offensive line coach Bill Callahan to their staff, reuniting him with Kevin Stefanski after his time with the Titans. Callahan was on Stefanski’s initial coaching staff when he took over the Cleveland Browns in 2020, and became an important part of the team’s early success.Â
Things never panned out for Callahan in his time with the Titans, and the offensive line play was less than desirable. Under his tutelage, the Titans’ line (specifically the right side) struggled with inconsistency and penalties, and was widely criticized during his time on the staff.Â
A highly regarded offensive line coach, Callahan left the organization in October when his son Brian was relieved of his head coaching duties, and Mike McCoy was installed as the interim head coach.Â
Callahan is the second official hire by Stefanski in Atlanta, joining defensive coordinator Jeff Ulbrich on the 2026 Falcons’ staff.Â
