ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) – The Minnesota standout wide receiver charges were dropped today, according to Hillsborough County records.
His arrest came from a Jan. 12 incident at Noodle Bar at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino near Tampa, Florida. According to ESPN, the police report stated Casino security asked Addison to leave serval times, police were called to the scene when he did not comply.
Addison’s attorney claimed the allegations were “frivolous.”
We are thrilled we were able to bring the truth to light quickly. This poor young man’s name was being dragged through the mud over frivolous allegations and absolutely zero smoke or fire. He did nothing legally wrong and thankfully the state was diligent in realizing this as soon as they did.
This is Addison’s third run in with the law since he was selected 23rd overall by the Vikings in 2023. The others included a reckless driving charge in Los Angles and a speeding ticket for going 140mph on I-94 in St. Paul before his rookie season.
In three season with the Vikings, Jordan has totaled near 2,400 yards and 22 TD for the purple and gold.
