It wasn’t just analysts and fans who had a positive reaction to the Tennessee Titans‘ hiring of Robert Saleh as their next head coach; some of the franchise’s greats have shared their thoughts.Â
The latest to show their enthusiasm for the hire and the team’s direction is Pro Football Hall of Fame quarterback Warren Moon, who took to social media to congratulate the organization on the hire. And he believes that the future is bright in Nashville, and that Saleh was the right hire.Â
There is still a long way to go before the first snap of 2026 is taken, but on paper, Tennessee appears to be trending in the right direction under the leadership of Mike Borgonzi and now Saleh. However, there are still significant questions that must be answered.Â
Saleh must build his staff and assemble an offensive unit to help take Cam Ward to the next level. The young signal caller flashed his potential in 2025, but still has room to grow, and could use some weapons around him. With a high draft pick, salary cap space, and core in place, like Moon says, the future looks bright.Â
