Background: Callahan has an extensive coaching resume that spans more than four decades. He has spent more than 25 years in the NFL, primarily as an offensive line coach, where he’s developed numerous Pro Bowlers and been widely regarded as one of the league’s top teachers in the trenches. His resume highlights include stints with the then-Oakland Raiders, New York Jets and Dallas Cowboys. He has a large body of work in the college ranks as well, including a run as the head coach at Nebraska. Callahan reunites with Stefanski, whom he worked for from 2020–23 as the Cleveland Browns’ offensive line coach.
