APPLETON, Wis. (WFRV) – Before taking his first snap at Lambeau Field, Green Bay’s newest first-round pick Matthew Golden will step up to the plate—literally.

Golden, a wide receiver selected 23rd overall in last month’s NFL Draft, is among the headliners for the 25th Anniversary Green Bay Charity Softball Game, hosted by quarterback Jordan Love.

The game will take place May 23 at Neuroscience Group Field in Appleton.

This marks Golden’s first public appearance with fans since being drafted, and he’ll be joined by a lineup of teammates including tight end Tucker Kraft, Super Bowl champion cornerback Jarrett Bush, quarterbacks Malik Willis and Sean Clifford, safety Evan Williams, guard Donovan Jennings, and cornerback Tyron Herring.

Packers legend and former event host Donald Driver, also a “Dancing with the Stars” champion, will be on hand interacting with fans.

The annual event supports Love’s Hands of 10ve Foundation, which works to empower youth through sports, promote mental wellness, and build community trust in law enforcement.

$80 – Premium box seats (first two rows)

$55 – Standard box seats

$35 – Reserved bleacher seats

$15 – General admission grass seats

$300 – Patio tables (seats four)

With a mix of rising stars and fan favorites, the charity game offers Packer fans a rare up-close experience with players while supporting critical needs across Wisconsin.
