The Atlanta Falcons have been busy looking to fill their general manager vacancy, requesting five interviews over the last 24 hours. According to a report from NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, Kansas City Chiefs assistant general manager Mike Bradway is next on the list.
“The Falcons have requested to interview Chiefs assistant GM Mike Bradway for their GM job, sources say,” wrote Rapoport. “A top lieutenant to GM Brett Veach, Bradway is next in a line of top KC personnel minds to explore a big job.”

Bradway joined Kansas City’s front office in 2018 as an assistant of player personnel. He held that role for three seasons before begin promoted to senior director of player personnel in 2021. Four years later, Bradway was promoted to his current role as the team’s assistant general manager.
From 2008-2017, Bradway worked for the Philadelphia Eagles scouting department, forging a relationship with current Chiefs head coach Andy Reid.
The Falcons have been linked to four other candidates for their general manager vacancy, a few of whom previously interviewed for the team’s new president of football role. Check out the list of reported interview requests below.

It was also reported by both ESPN and the NFL Network that the Falcons are hiring Tommy Rees as their new offensive coordinator. Rees spent the last two seasons working with head coach Kevin Stefanski in Cleveland, serving as the Browns offensive coordinator in 2025.
