Oregon State has reportedly found its next defensive coordinator.
Former FIU, Colorado and San Jose State coach Mike MacIntyre is set to become the next Beavers defensive coordinator, according to The Athletic.
MacIntyre, 60, served as a defensive analyst at Mississippi State this season. He replaces Lance Guidry, who left after being at OSU briefly for the same position at Memphis.
As a head coach, MacIntyre went 58-89 overall, including 12-24 at FIU from 2022-24. He led Colorado from 2013-19, including a 10-4 season in 2016.
He was previously a defensive coordinator at Memphis, Ole Miss, Duke and Temple.
One opening remains on JaMarcus Shephard’s coaching staff.
