Hurricanes wide receiver and former Chaminade-Madonna star Jojo Trader is entering the transfer portal, according to multiple reports.

Trader is the fourth UM wide receiver to enter the transfer portal following the regular season, joining Chance Robinson, Ny Carr and Ray Ray Joseph.

Trader was a top prospect coming out of high school. He was listed as a four-star prospect and the No. 9 wide receiver in his class. He was a Sun Sentinel Super 11 selection and a first-team All-County pick as a junior and senior.

Trader played sparingly at Miami. He played 99 snaps across seven games in 2024. This season, he played 223 snaps across 12 games. He had 13 catches for 178 yards and a touchdown.

Miami has two committed transfer wide receivers: Vandrevius Jacobs and Cam Vaughn. UM is also an early favorite for Duke transfer Cooper Barkate.
