The Detroit Lions announced they have signed first-round pick Tyleik Williams to his initial NFL contract.

Williams signed a day after third-round pick Isaac TeSlaa signed his rookie deal. The defensive tackle from Ohio State has been a participant in all the offseason activities prior to signing.

Based on the pre-slotted NFL contract scale, Williams’ contract is worth $16.48 million. That includes an $8.625 million signing bonus, and the entire contract is fully guaranteed. There is also a fifth-year team option, as is the case with all first-round picks in the NFL draft.

Detroit has now signed every draft pick except second-round offensive lineman Tate Ratledge. Several first-round picks signed over the course of the last 36 hours.
