Round 3 for the Los Angeles Rams and Seattle Seahawks’ 2025 series takes place Sunday, with a trip to Super Bowl LX on the line. These NFC West rivals split the regular-season series, with each team winning at home. Both franchises are riding high, having survived the toughest division in football to advance to the NFC championship game.

The Rams stumbled down the stretch of the regular season, losing two of their final three games; however, they are the last team to have beaten the Seahawks back on Nov. 16. It took overtime against Chicago last week for the Rams to come out victorious, 20-17. MVP candidate Matthew Stafford didn’t have a great game, completing less than 47% of his passes for 258 yards but did enough to have his team in position to win in the end despite some late-game heroics from 2024 No. 1 overall draft pick Caleb Williams.

Seattle comes in riding an eight-game winning streak, which includes a 38-37 overtime victory over the Rams on Dec. 18. The Seahawks won’t have running back Zach Charbonnet, who suffered a torn ACL in last week’s playoff win, but have been rolling powered by their No. 1 scoring defense (17.2 points per game in the regular season), who have held opponents to 19 combined points in the last three matchups.
