The college football All-Star circuit is underway, and the 2026 East-West Shrine Bowl will kick off on Tuesday night on NFL Network, allowing fans to catch a glimpse of some of the prospects who could hear their names called in April at the 2026 NFL Draft.Â
At one time, the Shrine Bowl was the top prospect showcase for the NFL draft, before the Senior Bowl grew in popularity. That is shifting, and the game is pulling in some solid talent, and the scouts and coaching staff are taking notice. With the Tennessee Titans building quality depth on the roster, it’s likely that one of their draft picks will be in this game.Â
Here are seven offensive players at the 2026 East-West Shrine Bowl to keep an eye on.Â
UConn WR Skyler Bell
The Titans need to add talent to their receiving corps and could use multiple players to help the offense develop. Bell isn’t the biggest receiver in the class, coming in at 5-foot-10, 186 pounds, but he has proven to be both explosive and productive during his college career. He is coming off a tremendous season where he pulled in 101 balls for 1,278 yards and 13 touchdowns, showing a combination of balance, speed, and route-running prowess that made him a threat on every play. He has had some drops over his career, which is a concern, but a good showing could go a long way toward helping his cause.Â

Until a new offensive coordinator is known, the structure of the Titans’ rushing attack is in limbo, but that doesn’t mean the team can’t look at some mid-round depth for their backfield, and Claiborne could be that option. An explosive back with a nose for the end zone, he was productive for Wake Forest and has shown versatility as a receiver and special teamer who could play multiple roles in an offense. At 5-foot-10, 195 pounds, he lacks the prototypical size of a workhorse, but could thrive in a committee.Â
Texas TE Jack Endries
The Titans got a good one in fourth-round pick Gunnar Helm, and could decide to go back to that well to find a complement if they decide to move on from Chig Okonkwo. Endries has a similar skill set to Helm and is coming off a season where he pulled in 33 passes for 346 yards and three touchdowns, while showing some promise as an in-line blocker.Â
Notre Dame TE Eli Raridon
Raridon is a big tight end (6-foot-7, 252 pounds) with an athletic skill set that could create matchup problems in the passing game. Not the fastest receiver, he did pull in 32 passes for 482 yards in 2025 and proved to be elusive after the catch. With his size, he also has upside as an in-line blocker, and he could carve out a role in the NFL.Â
Indiana C Pat Coogan
There are questions about whether or not Coogan will take part in the game after just finishing his season in the College Football Championship Game, but if he does, he would be a lineman to keep an eye on. Tennessee has some long-term questions at the center position, and Coogan has shown he has the ability to hold up against top competition. Plus, playing for Indiana, he understands culture and rebuilding, which could add an intangible element to his profile.Â
Notre Dame OT Aamil Wagner
Tennessee could be in search of a versatile offensive tackle prospect to develop behind Dan Moore and JC Latham, and Wagner fits that profile. At 6-foot-6, 295 pounds, he has the frame to add some bulk, along with tremendous athleticism that could allow him to play at either tackle position. There are questions about his anchoring and power against bigger competition that must be answered, and he will get a start this week.Â
Duke OT Brian Parker II
The Titans have depth questions along the offensive line and could look for a prospect who brings a ton of positional flexibility. Parker could be that guy. While he has proven to be a powerful tackle with the potential to play both sides, he has also shown the traits to slide inside and develop into a solid interior lineman. It wouldn’t be a surprise to see him log snaps at multiple positions in this game.Â
