The 2026 NFL Draft is still three months away but with the Los Angeles Rams’ season ending in the NFC Championship Game, they now know where both of their first-round picks are slotted in the order. The top 30 picks are locked in, with only the Seattle Seahawks and New England Patriots waiting to find out whether their pick will be 31st or 32nd.

The Rams’ first pick in Round 1 will be at No. 13 overall thanks to their trade with the Atlanta Falcons last year. Atlanta went 8-9 this season, giving the Rams a top-15 pick after trading down from No. 26 overall last season.

The Rams’ second pick will come much later in the first round, checking in at No. 29 overall, sandwiched between the Houston Texans and Denver Broncos.

Below is the full 2026 first-round draft order, with Picks 31 and 32 still to be determined.
