The Green Bay Packers have certainly seen what is becoming a max exodus of their personnel depart for the Miami Dolphins this off-season. The first, of course, was Jon Eric-Sullivan, who had spent over two decades with the Packers, who was hired as Miami’s new general manager. It did not take long after he was hired for Green Bay’s defensive coordinator, Jeff Hafley, to be named the Dolphins head coach.
When Hafley departed, it was widely expected that he would take several of Green Bay’s defensive coaches with him. On Monday, it was revealed that two of them, so far, have agreed to join the former Packers defensive coordinator in Miami.

Earlier on Monday, it was reported that Ryan Downard, who had been with the Packers since 2018, had decided to join the Dolphins’ staff as their secondary coach.
This evening, it was reported that Sean Duggan, Green Bay’s linebackers coach, also is joining Hafley in Miami:

This should come as no surprise, though. Duggan has literally worked with Hafley every year since 2019. He joined the Ohio State staff as a graduate assistant that year, a staff that saw Hafley as a co-defensive coordinator.
He then followed the former Packers defensive coordinator to Boston College where he was a linebackers coach from 2020-2022. Hafley promoted him to co-defensive coordinator there in 2023.
And when Green Bay lured Hafley away to be their defensive coordinator, he joined the staff as a defensive assistant in 2024. When Anthony Campanile was hired away from Green Bay to take the defensive coordinator job with the Jacksonville Jaguars, Hafley promoted Duggan to coach the team’s linebackers.
