GLENDALE – The Arizona Cardinals head coaching search looks to be entering its final stages. Three weeks to the day, head coach Jonathan Gannon was fired after a 3-14 2025 season. Since then, Gannon has found a new home with the Green Bay Packers under head coach Matt LaFleur, who’s brother is the favorite for the Arizona job.

BetOnline released its latest odds for who will be the Cardinals next head coach, with the top three of Los Angeles Rams OC Mike LaFleur, Jacksonville Jaguars DC Anthony Campanile and Miami Dolphins DC Anthony Weaver leading the charge.

Last week, former Atlanta Falcons head coach Raheem Morris was listed as a top candidate for the franchise by ESPN’s Adam Schefter. However, Morris falls deeply down the rankings, with Arizona being his last shot of being a head coach in 2026. Regardless, the 49-year-old does have significant interest of being several team’s defensive coordinator, including the Cardinals.

Reports have indicated that the dream plan would be hiring LaFleur at head coach and have Morris come in to take over the defense. Whether the franchise would be able to snag both of their top candidates are unclear.

An interesting note for the new odds is the disappearance of Denver Broncos defensive coordinator Vance Joseph. A few days ago, it seemed Joseph was the runaway favorite to be Arizona’s next head coach, with the only obstacle in the way was Denver still being in the playoffs.

Schefter and NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport have dismissed from the search since then, naming LaFleur, Campanile and Morris as the only three realistic candidate.
