Former New York Giants head coach Brian Daboll has found a new job with the Tennessee Titans as the team’s offensive coordinator, and Daboll is already getting his band together in Nashville.

On Wednesday, Daboll hired multiple New York staff members who were let go by John Harbaugh, the new head coach of the Giants.

Quarterbacks coach Shea Tierney and offensive line coach Carmen Bricillo are joining Daboll in Tennessee under new head coach Robert Saleh.

“The Titans are hiring Shea Tierney as QB coach, sources say. Tierney served in the same role on Brian Daboll’s coaching staff, working with Daniel Jones, Jaxson Dart, Tommy DeVito, Russell Wilson, and more. Now, Tierney is tasked with getting the most of Cam Ward,” NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo reported.

“My understanding was as of this morning OL coach Carmen Bricillo was expected to join Brian Daboll in Tennessee. Others from Daboll’s Giants offensive staff as well,” ESPN’s Jordan Raanan reported.

Tierney spent three seasons with the Giants as the quarterbacks coach, while Bricillo joined the staff in 2024 and departed after just two years.

New York will now work to fill the positions left by Tierney and Bricillo. Harbaugh and his crew still have a lot of work to do as February approaches.
