A day after landing former New York Giants head coach Brian Daboll as the Tennessee Titans‘ offensive coordinator, more of Robert Saleh’s coaching staff came into focus.

Multiple sources have indicated that the Titans are hiring two coaches, Shea Tierney (quarterbacks) and Carmen Bricillo (offensive line), who are extremely familiar with Daboll and his system.

Tierney has been with Daboll for the long haul, following him from the college ranks at Alabama to Buffalo, the Giants, and now to Nashville. Tierney served as quarterbacks coach with the Giants, working with Daniel Jones, Tommy DeVito, and, most recently, Jackson Dart.

Bricillo is a highly regarded offensive line guru who has coached at New England and Las Vegas and was also on Daboll’s staff with the Giants. Bricillo is a hard-nosed coach who has shown the ability to get the most out of his players, and should be a welcome sight for some of the Titans’ young offensive linemen who performed well down the stretch.

Tierney and Bricillo will join holdovers Randy Jordan and Luke Stocker on the staff for the offensive side of the ball.
