So long, A.T. Perry.

After one and a half seasons on the Denver Broncos‘ practice squad, Perry has opted not to sign a reserve/future contract with the team. Instead, Perry is signing a futures deal with the Pittsburgh Steelers, according to a report from the Denver Gazette’s Chris Tomasson.

Perry (6-5, 205 pounds) was originally signed to the Broncos‘ practice squad in October of the 2024 season after being waived by the New Orleans Saints. After that season, he re-signed with Denver for the 2025 campaign.

Perry was hindered by an ankle injury for most of training camp last summer, and after failing to make the 53-man roster, he signed with the team’s practice squad. The 26-year-old receiver did not appear in a single game during his time with the Broncos.

Perry totaled 12 receptions for 246 yards and four touchdowns in 10 games with the Saints in 2023. He’ll now get a fresh start with the Steelers.
