Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs will not be playing in Super Bowl 60 on Feb. 8. In fact, Mahomes and Co. missed the NFL playoffs entirely after finishing the season with a 6-11 record. This is the first time the Chiefs are not part of the postseason since 2014, and the first playoff miss for Mahomes since he became the team’s QB1.
It will be the Seattle Seahawks and the New England Patriots who will battle it out in the big game. Both teams will be looking to make history in their return to the Super Bowl. Mahomes and the Chiefs, however, will be on the outside looking in.
