ALONTAE TAYLOR 2025 SEASON ANALYSIS

In his fourth season with the Saints, cornerback Alontae Taylor cemented his status as a hybrid nickel and outside corner in Brandon Staley’s defense — and a statistical powerhouse for New Orleans. Taylor finished the season with 83 tackles (59) solo, two interceptions returned 21 yards, 11 pass deflections and a pair of sacks.

With 7.0 career sacks, Taylor now ranks first in team history for sacks by a cornerback. His 83 tackles ranked sixth in the NFL for a cornerback, and his 1,058 defensive snaps ranked third on the Saints behind only Demario Davis and Kool-Aid McKinstry.
