Did you know there’s a house right near Highmark Stadium where Bills fans can stay before a game? For years, it’s been a place that you could rent and stay, but now it could be yours to keep.
The BillsMafia House is up for sale
For those who haven’t ever heard of the Bills Mafia House, it’s a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom house that sleeps 6 people. For now, you can find the listing online to rent it, but they’ve announced that they’re putting the iconic house on the market for someone else to love.
It looks like an incredible way to spend a Bills game weekend.
Why are they selling the BillsMafia House?
The owner of the property, Shane Prouty has announced that he’s going to sell because it’s time for him to pass the torch to someone else.
“With my career and family in my crosshairs it just isn’t in me to take it to the next level. We will always be around and always be a part of the tailgating scene somewhere!”
The timing could not be more perfect
It’s no coincidence that this house is going up for sale now. With the new stadium expected to open in just a few months, it’s a perfect opportunity both for someone to purchase and for them to sell. Whoever ends up buying it will have a chance to score big with fans who are looking for an incredible experience for a weekend as they check out the new stadium. Because of that, this house is probably going to sell for a pretty nice amount. They’re asking $699,900.
